Synopsis

Analu, a 16-year-old teenager, lives in a small rural community, splitting her days between school, taking care of her younger brother and struggling with a complicated relationship with her mother, Rosinha. When she becomes involved with an older biker and discovers she’s pregnant, Analu must confront the consequences of this pregnancy in a setting shaped by inequality, conservatism and religious influences.

Unable to face her mother, driven by the desire to escape a suffocating routine, Analu dreams of a new life with the baby's father, by the sea, far from her family and the limitations that surround her. A sensitive and intense story about youth, responsibility and the dreams that persist amidst adversity.
