BIOGASTRONOMIA BRASILEIRA

Biogastronomia Brasileira - Biomas e Diversidade (Brazilian Biogastronomy - Biomes and Diversity) is an immersive documentary series in 360° 3D (stethoscope) format developed by Triarts New Media for the Senac School of Gastronomy.

The project involved script development, research and image production, animation, editing, original soundtrack, and color grading of the content captured by two simultaneous teams that traveled to 80 cities, capturing footage in 104 locations, and interviewing nearly 200 professionals and enthusiasts of the ancient wisdom of Brazilian gastronomy.

Role

Executive Producer and Production Director
Responsible for negotiating and hiring crew, suppliers, and locations; managing budgets and payments; overseeing project development; and ensuring schedule adherence throughout pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
